Civil Services, Judiciary & Defence Training – Mission 2026. As part of Mission 2026, Sardardham is
empowering 10,000 youth from the Patidar community to build careers in civil services, judiciary, and
defence - the pillars of India’s democracy. Through the Civil Service Centre (CSC), expert guidance from
retired IAS, IPS, and senior officials helps students prepare for GPSC, UPSC, Defence, and Judiciary
exams with comprehensive coaching from prelims to interviews. With a special focus on rural students,
Sardardham offers affordable residential facilities to students and free of cost training
Operating centers in Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Rajkot, and New Delhi, Sardardham continues its mission of “Social
Building to Nation Building” by nurturing capable, disciplined, and service-oriented leaders for the nation.
Achievements Sardardham’s focused initiatives have already created a remarkable impact:

Skill Development Centre

In collaboration with Kaushalya - The Skill University, Government of Gujarat, Sardardham has established a Skill Development Training Centre to enhance employability and self-reliance among youth. The center offers short-term, employment-oriented certificate courses, equipping students with practical skills demanded by modern industries.
Graduates receive certificates issued by Kaushalya University, ensuring official recognition and better career opportunities. So far, more than 500 candidates have benefited directly from this initiative, successfully securing employment in various sectors.
